Description of Role
An Automation Account Manager is responsible for ensuring continued successful partnerships with our customers. This will include the identification of new opportunities within an existing client and the management of the commercial relationship with that client.
The role will require the individual to work across a number of business areas, ranging from senior level executives, project stakeholders at all levels within customer organisations to the internal human + teams across sales and delivery. Our sales team is responsible for ensuring the continued growth of our business pipeline through the development of trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills and Prerequisites
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and proactive individual to join our demanding delivery team. The following behavioural skills are highly desirable:
Ability to communicate confidently in a customer facing environment
Able to increase human+ revenues from existing clients
Able to take ownership of a desire or business problem and manage it through the sales cycle through to completion
Management of a complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across multiple clients
Strong listener that can demonstrate the ability to understand customer requirements and translate these into a business or technical proposal
An interest of the theory behind Intelligent Automation techniques, RPA software and Artificial Intelligence
Desirable Technical Skills
Good knowledge of RPA and Intelligent Automation
A good understanding of the RPA vendor tools and marketplace
A good level of business process management
